Mabbly LLC ("we") offers a beta platform that detects real-time signals (e.g. LinkedIn updates, news, blog posts), matches them to your content, and derives context from your connected CRM.

• You may upload files or point us to external sources; we'll fetch and index them dynamically.
• All features are currently free; no SLA or uptime guarantee applies.

4. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping any login credentials secure.
• You agree not to share, reverse engineer, overload our APIs, or use the Service for illicit purposes.

5. Third-Party Integrations

• The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, CRMs). We may impose rate limits.
• We disclaim any liability for those platforms' availability, policies, or performance.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

• You retain all rights in your content.
• By uploading or linking content, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to store, index, and display it for your use.
• "Mabbly," the mabbly.ai logo, and all our trademarks are our property. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Export Compliance

You agree not to export any part of the Service in violation of U.S. export laws.

• AI Disclaimers: We do our best, but we can't guarantee accuracy of AI-derived insights.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the prior month (currently $0).
• We're not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Illinois law governs these Terms.
• All disputes go to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Chicago, IL.
• You waive any right to class-action suits.

14. Changes & Termination

• We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice (we'll alert you via email or dashboard).
• Either party may terminate your access without cause on 30 days' notice.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., Acts of God).
